Project Management System
Overview
Antarprerana is an enterprise-grade project management and analytics platform built to digitize and streamline the management of a women’s entrepreneurship incubation program. It centralizes participant information, business performance, attendance, mentorship activities, documents, and program milestones that were previously managed across fragmented spreadsheets. The platform provides a unified dashboard for managing participants across multiple incubation stages, including Bootcamp 1, Bootcamp 2, and the KTM Sprint. It includes real-time KPI dashboards, participant lifecycle management, document management, Excel-based data exchange, automated reporting, certificate generation, and QR-based certificate verification. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and RTK Query, the system uses a feature-sliced architecture with centralized server-state management, granular role-based access control, secure token refresh, schema-based form validation, and a mock API engine that enabled frontend development before the backend APIs were finalized.

What I Built
- Architected responsive multi-role dashboards (Super Admin, Admin, Participant) in Next.js 15 & TypeScript.
- Integrated RTK Query with REST APIs for automated cache invalidation and efficient client state management.
- Built participant KPI data tables with advanced filtering, sorting, and automated Excel report exports.
- Developed cohort lifecycle tracking modules, milestone forms, and analytics data visualizations.
- Implemented role-scoped access control and protected route architecture across all user roles.
Challenges & Solutions
Key Challenges & Constraints
The main challenge was managing a large and constantly changing set of participant and program data without sacrificing performance or usability. We also had to implement granular RBAC, reliable authentication with automatic token refresh, complex Excel data validation, dynamic analytics, and multi-stage participant workflows. A further challenge was developing the complete frontend before the backend APIs were finalized, which was addressed through a configurable mock API engine.
Engineering Approach & Solutions
We transformed fragmented program data into a centralized digital management system. The platform provides role-specific dashboards, automated KPI tracking, participant lifecycle management, validated Excel imports, reporting tools, document management, and certificate verification, giving program staff a single system to monitor participants and make data-driven decisions.
