We also had to implement granular RBAC, reliable authentication with automatic token refresh, complex Excel data validation, dynamic analytics, and multi-stage participant workflows. A further challenge was developing the complete frontend before the backend APIs were finalized, which was addressed through a configurable mock API engine.

We also had to integrate AI-generated insights, health-risk analysis, real-time data visualization, role-based dashboards, authentication, and sensitive medical data handling while maintaining a modular and responsive frontend.
